Well-trained, capable and committed Production Operatives are vital to our business to ensure our wines are bottled, labelled and packed in a safe and hygienic manner, meeting the highest standards expected by our customers.

Key Skills/Competencies required:
- Previous experience working in a food production environment is beneficial.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and flexible.
- Able to work a rotating shift pattern (Week 1 (Early) 6 am – 2 pm, Week 2 (Night) 10 pm – 6 am, Week 3 (Late) 2 pm – 10 pm. (Currently, we are not working a regular night shift.)
- Able to demonstrate a good grasp of both written and spoken English.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Proven ability to follow instructions.
- Own transport is essential as public transport to Cawston is limited.
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting salary £12.21 an hour, potentially rising to £13.21 after 6 months.
- Pay includes paid breaks.
- Annual bonus scheme sharing 10% of profits, paid in December.
- 6.2 weeks paid holiday entitlement per year (including bank holidays).
