Broadland Drinks Ltd (BDL) are looking for experienced Forklift Drivers to operate both Counterbalance & Reach-trucks. The successful candidates will be expected to perform all tasks within a typical warehouse/despatch environment, also supporting production needs.

We are looking for individuals to join our well-established friendly team, who have the flexibility to be able to work differing times weekly based on a shift plan, totalling 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include: -

• Supporting production by taking away freshly produced pallets & putting them into stock & supplying goods to the production lines.
• Unloading/loading lorries.
• Putting away pallets of stock into pallet racking.
• Picking orders by the pallet or by the case using a computerised system.
• Manually restacking, rebuilding & wrapping pallets may be required.
• All other usual warehouse duties e.g.: stock control, stock taking, sweeping/cleaning warehouse, daily forklift checks, forklift battery maintenance etc.

About You:

You will have strong evidence of the following key skills & competencies:

• Flexibility to work a weekly rotating shift pattern of earlies (6 am – 2 pm), lates (2 pm – 10 pm) and nights (10 pm – 6 am) (Please note we are not currently working a night shift).
• Previous experience of driving forklift trucks is essential - with a current certificate issued by a recognised authority covering counterbalance truck as a minimum & ideally Reach Truck as well (although Reach conversion training will be considered for the right applicants).
• Good basic computer skills & understanding of stock control within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work overtime at short notice as and when required.
• Reliable, accurate with high standards and attention to detail.
• And most importantly able to demonstrate the highest level of H&S awareness
• Have your own transport.

In return, we offer the following Pay and Benefits:

Salary £27,489 per annum (£13.21 per hour)

Full-time, 40 hours a week.

6.2 weeks paid holiday per year
